1.Using Pluriwave
Pluriwave is a service for businesses and professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and use it for business or professional purposes.
You’re responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@pluriwave.com if you suspect unauthorized use. The owner of a workspace controls it, including who can use it.
We continually improve Pluriwave and may add, change or remove features. Features we label as beta or preview are provided as they are and may change or end at any time.
2.AI-generated results
Pluriwave uses AI models and automated research. Results, including answers, confidence levels, summaries, evidence and cost estimates, can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, even when they cite a source, and sources can themselves be wrong. You’re responsible for reviewing results and deciding how to use them.
Results aren’t legal, financial, tax, investment or other professional advice. Because AI models produce similar answers to similar questions, other customers may receive results like yours.
3.Your content
“Your Content” means what you put into Pluriwave (requests, instructions, corrections, uploaded datasets and connector credentials) and the results Pluriwave produces for you. As between you and Pluriwave, you own Your Content. Public information that appears in results isn’t owned by either of us.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit and display Your Content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service and as described in our Privacy Policy, including through our service providers. We don’t use Your Content to train AI models.
You’re responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the rights and permissions it requires, including for any personal information it involves. You’re also responsible for complying with the laws that apply to how you use results, including privacy, data protection, marketing and communications laws. If you need a data processing agreement, contact us.
4.Acceptable use
You won’t, and won’t help or allow anyone else to:
- break the law or violate anyone’s rights, including privacy, publicity and intellectual property rights;
- use Pluriwave or its results as a consumer report, or to decide anyone’s eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar laws;
- research people in order to stalk, harass, discriminate against or harm them, or compile sensitive information about individuals, such as their health, sexual orientation, religion or political views;
- direct Pluriwave to access content you aren’t authorized to access, such as non-public, password-protected or paywalled material, or to get around a website’s technical access controls;
- use results to send spam or other communications that break the law;
- interfere with or overload Pluriwave or the websites it reads, probe or test its security without our written permission, or get around its usage limits, budget caps or billing;
- use sandboxes for anything other than your research, such as mining cryptocurrency, running malware or attacking other systems;
- reverse engineer the service except where the law allows, or resell or provide it to others as a service without our written agreement (you may share results with your clients);
- use Pluriwave to build a competing product; or
- use Pluriwave in a way that violates the usage policies of the AI model providers it relies on, such as Anthropic’s Usage Policy.
5.Credits, payment and taxes
You pay for Pluriwave with credits, sold in packs at the prices shown when you buy them. Work uses credits according to the resources it consumes, such as AI model usage, web searches, data-source requests and sandbox time, at our rates when the work runs. Pluriwave shows an estimated cost before you approve a run and records the credits each cell used. Estimates aren’t quotes, and actual usage can differ. We may pause or stop work when a run reaches its budget cap or your balance runs out.
- Credits don’t expire while your account is open.
- Purchases are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or these Terms provide one. Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred to another account or workspace.
- Credits we grant for free, such as promotional credits, have no cash value and may expire as stated when granted.
- If you close your account, or we close it because you breached these Terms, unused credits are forfeited. If we close your account for any other reason, or discontinue Pluriwave, we’ll refund the purchase price of your unused purchased credits.
Payments are processed by Stripe, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for the purchases you make. If we approve your workspace for invoiced billing, usage is billed monthly in arrears and is due on the terms stated on the invoice; we may suspend the service while an invoice is overdue.
We may change prices and usage rates. New prices apply to purchases made after the change, and new usage rates apply to work run after we post them. Prices don’t include taxes. You’re responsible for applicable taxes other than taxes on our income. If you believe we charged you in error, contact us within 60 days of the charge.
6.Third-party services and content
Pluriwave relies on third parties, including AI model providers, search and data providers, hosting providers and our payment processor, and its agents read third-party websites. We aren’t responsible for third-party websites or content, which can change or become unavailable. Your use of material drawn from third-party sources may be subject to those sources’ terms.
7.Privacy and security
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect Your Content.
8.Our intellectual property and feedback
We own Pluriwave, including its software, design and documentation, and the Pluriwave name and logo. These Terms give you the right to use the service, and no other rights in it. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
9.Suspension and termination
You may stop using Pluriwave at any time and close your account by writing to support@pluriwave.com. Export the results you want to keep first: after your account is closed, we delete Your Content as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if your use creates a security or legal risk or could harm us or others, or if payment is overdue. We’ll give you notice when reasonably possible. We may also discontinue Pluriwave with at least 30 days’ notice.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive it, including those on payment, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and disputes.
10.Disclaimers
Pluriwave and all results are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pluriwave disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that results will be accurate, complete or current.
11.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, (a) neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, even if advised of their possibility; and (b) Pluriwave’s total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the liability and US$100.
These limits don’t apply to your obligations to pay for the service or to indemnify us, or to your breach of the acceptable use rules in section 4.
12.Indemnification
You will defend Pluriwave and its officers, directors, employees and agents against any third-party claim arising from Your Content, your use of results, or your breach of these Terms or the law, and pay the resulting damages, costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees.
13.Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before bringing a claim, each party will first try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days after giving the other written notice of it.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and each party consents to those courts’ personal jurisdiction.
14.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top, and for material changes we’ll notify account owners by email or in the product with reasonable notice before they take effect. If you keep using Pluriwave after that, you accept the new Terms; if you don’t agree, stop using the service and close your account.
15.General
- These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Pluriwave about the service. If we have signed a separate written agreement with you, it controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
- You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our not enforcing a provision isn’t a waiver of it.
- Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
- The parties are independent contractors.
- You confirm that you aren’t located in a country subject to comprehensive US sanctions or named on a US government restricted-party list, and you won’t use Pluriwave in violation of US export control or sanctions laws.
- We may send notices to the email address on your account. Send notices to us at support@pluriwave.com.
